Description

The object is divided into three zones. The 1st and the 2nd floor with shops, services and the entrance to the office part are designed with glass walls at the level of the street line. The 3rd up to the 6th floor consist of office premises and on the 7th floor there are technical premises needed to run the building. Three underground floors contain garage space accessible through a ramp, technical premises and rentable storerooms. To enter garages a chip card is necessary.

Location

The Grosslingova multipurpose object is located in Bratislava downtown, in close vicinity of Sturova Street, that is the main arterial road of Stare Mesto (Old Town) district. It connects the center of the town not only with whichever part of Bratislava, but also with the neighbouring countries and other regions of Slovakia, via the D 61 ring road. The location is also very well covered by the means of public transport.
